Invoicing
In all cases, we invoice you, our partner, rather than the end customer. This is for the following reasons:
You know the end customer (we usually do not).
We receive the order from you, so the contractual relationship is between you and us.
Our business model stipulates that you bear the debtor risk with regard to the end customer.
Please note:
We invoice you for our expenses shortly after handover of the website (rather than waiting until it has been activated).
The invoice amount is derived from the price that we offered, minus your commission.
